We ALSO have a huge problem with overly complicated and corrupted and inefficient federal tax codes.

LONG past time to rip up the whole federal tax code (corporate *and* personal), eliminate the vast majority of all the special interest tax perks and breaks... and start with a clean sheet of paper!
