The discount can vary from 5% tp 50%, depending onhow desperate the buyer/sellers are. It has a lot to do with volume, volatility and fundamentals. That press release is a kiss of death for reg S. >>> Bill, IPM's is at a 25% premium to the market (not a discount), in your opinion, could the premium be a 'good Rsg S', as the institution must buy 25% ABOVE the market??
