I saw that latter, now, back to the LEACH & BAKE, see any specific reference --that is what to do allright! Naxos has Johnson & Lett doing that. So, YOU THINK THAT OTHERS ..won't do a "nMODIFIED VERSION." I'll go the junk yard and get a battery... Chucathinksyouwenttherelastyear!

The common conversion price of the market price of the last x# of days, is intented to appraise 'fair market value'. The Key here is it is being done at a PREMIUM & not a DISCOUNT, thus there is no incentive to 'scalp' the discount on the financing. Yes, ... I agree with Kim & Dave that we HAVE to see the terms of the deal as w/o the info we all could be missing something about the deal. Regards, Bob2
