It was 2 or 3 months ago.

The focus was on FIBR however, Scott Haliperin & Barry Witz
(hope the names are spelled write) no spell check on this E-Mail
system, were named in th article. Witz was really the focus but as it turn out Haliperin apparently was one of his employees before he was put in charge of STGA.

You could probably check the FIBR site and search back. I am sure the comments on the article are still the stock dropped about 3 bucks on the following Monady morning and has never really recovered.

Saratoga was mentioned in there as having no book value ect.
But as I said FIBR was the focus but STGA had the same players.

The Barrons on line site would also probably have it. Don't know if it is still free.

I expected STGA to dive that Monday morning and in fact went to 9/32 from 11/32 I guess. Not really much of a change but the article had me concerned about our investment in Saratoga.

Maybe it will turn out OK, reverse splits have sometimes worked out but not ussually. This is STGA second reverse in 2 or 3 years, The last one was a miserable failure. 5-1 was at $5 has gone to .27 cents
post reverse.

TOGA does seem pretty solid, but I hate that name Saratoga.
:-(

Regards,
