As far as the 2 million, my scenario is just some speculation about how the stock could be out there. I don't know for sure. And don't forget the Reg-S. It was originally 13,100,000 shares. Now it is 436,666 unless some have been sold already. My info seems to say some has already found its way out there. There's easily a potential for an extra half a million or so from the 3,371,000 the way it looks to me, and could be more. That doesn't make Riley's numbers wrong. In fact, it may make him right, but for the wrong reasons, and with the wrong conclusion.
