Could you drop some names of the people at the company that were at this meeting. 2.Reality of the Treatment process and reimbursement problems that these people have to put up with is a dose of reality, that I didn't enjoy. 3. Regardless of the guidelines or the lack of specialist available, I am cconvinced that there are many patients receiving sub-optimal therapy because either: a) There are Doctors uninformed of this speciality and don't routinely treat HIV positive patients. b) Some people may be discouraged by the misleading interpretations that is coming from somethese discoveries. Viracept is not a cure for AIDS, thanks. c) The problem of paying for these drugs. 4. I talked to a salesman for Agouron, he is doing well and likes working for Agouron. Apparently this company does business different from his previous employer (Big Pharma), and is very impressed with the entire management from PJ on down. He also believes that he has a trmendous opportunity for advancement and indicated that Agouron, would be enlarging their sales force? Why...There are supposedly only 3,800 doctors in the U.S. that prescribe these drugs. Why do they need more of a sales force. If this enlargement is significant Is this good news (increasing sales, new geographic expansion) or bad news (more expenses, less collaboration with Roche's sales team, etc)? Does this say anything at all.
