Everyone has put so much weight on the 11/20 date. With the news that MOOR has put out lately, I think the fears of losing the licenses are pretty slim now. The stock price is reflecting these developments. That's why I don't see much of a move in the next week or two. This looks like a longer term play, which is not all bad. MOOR is going to have to start making some money for the stock to really make a move. A buyout of course would do the trick really quickly.
