And how GUTLESS and CRAVEN are the sorry lot of politicians we have right now? We are EVEN FURTHER AWAY from voting out a clean Balanced Budget Amendment then we were back in the Clinton era! (This is the one issue that truly separates the big spenders from the honest custodians of the public's interests.) May be TIME to bypass the entire Congress and have the states call for a Constitutional Convention!
