Billy, my problem it is the same Government that encouraged large expansion in steel, car building capacity and ship building capoacity 15 years ago. Now that government is subsidizing producing DRAMs at break even (or less). Acer-Ti have just delayed their big DRAM facility because the Won decline has put huge pressures on their profit margins. You think that the rest of the tigers are going to stand idle while the low Won is trying to bail out overcapacity in Korea? No, we will jave a wave of Tigers devaluing their currencies, the only winner will be Soros, smelling correctly which is the next currency on the choping block. Zeev
