Sensible statements. What's your problem with them? On the big picture scale, a human fetus doesn't rank any higher than a rat fetus. It's only in your primitive, superstitious brain, where humans are "special" animals, that it does. See ALL those little dots of light? EACH ONE could have planets with life! Are THEY "special" too? Those are just a TINY FRACTION of the possible life-harboring worlds out there! Your primitive superstitions were proposed when humans believed the Earth was the CENTER of the universe! A time LONG passed.
