peter, you make valid points. i'm concerned about a rally at this point. however, it is clear that an invisible power (fido?) is methodically and consistently selling this stock day after day after day. mu was about $24.50 about 2 hours before the close and somebody drove it down $1.50 to close lower for the day - again.

will this seller stop for several days? i don't want to bet against it. this stock is waaaay over valued. the pe going forward is much greater than intc.

btw, 64 mb dram IS NOT BEING DUMPED. there is a lid on any spike that 16 mb dram can take. dram can spike to about $5 tops w/o triggering mass crossover to 64 mb dram.

i hate to tell you, but mu isn't going to do that well at $5.00 per chip. next q that may be able to squeeze $0.20 at best - AND THAT ASSUMES AVERYTHING GOES JUST PERFECTLY. i don't think perfection is the way to bet. however, if the perception is mu makes money then the stock will go up regardles of reality - where have we seen that happen before ;-)

does one risk $3-$8 of downside to make an extra $1 or $2? i don't know at this point. i may trade out of mu but i might not. i may just load the boat more when it goes up to make more money when it goes down to fair value - which is much lower than current levels...
