Interesting 10-Q numbers: Could any one give some insight to these bunch of numbers from 10-Q: " Sales to ASM Lithography, Canon, Nikon and SVG Lithography accounted for approximately 25%, 24%, 41% and 4%, respectively, of total revenues for the first nine months of 1997 and 19%, 30%, 31% and 10%, respectively, of total revenues in 1996. " Seems sales does not match revenue, esp. on sales to SVGI. Is a DUV laser for step-and-scan system 2X as expensive as a normal one? I think SVGI is gaining major customers quickly, and stepNscan system would be the trend. Any comments from you tech. gurus on the product trend of stepper v.s. step-scan?
