The problem with choosing ASND as a buy is that there are so many other beat down stocks with better fundamental outlook and more rise potential. You have COMS, AMAT, KLAC, INTC, CPQ, DELL, most notable among others. So my position is that I'd rather not touch ASND if I can get better bargains at nearly the same price.

Jeff, if you buy asnd at this level, you are flying blind.asnd has given NO indication that distribution beginning at much higher levels is over. Yes you could buy it here and it's possible the stock could march forward and never look back but that is a high risk bet. I'm still looking for an entry point with low risk and that point may in fact be at a higher price level...we'll see.My preference is to let the market, not my gut, tell me when asnd is ready.

Jeff, looks like your call for COMS & BAY puts wouldn't be a wise move. And it looks like my COMS buy at $30 1/4 is a wise decision. Also, did you check my other picks in comparison to ASND? ASND currently up only 3/4. All my other picks I mentioned are multipoint gainers this morning.

BTW, where's Tim Luke?
