Rich,

IMHO Mork tried to steal the company name because he could. If Morgan left it seemingly unprotected, why not? All's fair in love and business. Besides, I bet Mork was pretty steamed at what happened. Mork claims he owns the name Olympus Ventures as we speak, since RMIL has abandoned it.

His lawsuit is real. The press release about Olympus being out of business was questionable, but probably right with some technicality.

Mork thinks this stock is being manipulated. And it has cost him some money so far, at least on paper.

As far as illegal shorters out there, I'm not so sure. What Mork did seems to be perfectly legal in Canada.(why, I don't know as it defeats the purpose of our markets).

There is no rush to cover. That's all I see.
