Thanks, those are most interesting. You need to post more often, given the excellent content!

AMD looks like it acts as a startup, issuing shares to raise money, to fund its not very profitable business, while Intel looks like a mature company, generating lots of profit, but no idea what to do with the money as far as fueling growth, so instead its time to hand the money to the owners, and let them figure out a better use for it going forward.

How is stock dilution affected by employee stock option grants. Up front, or only when exercised?
