From the young photogenic DA rendering of the charges ...Hollywood or the Big Apple couldnt have cast him better. Sorry , but this is sounds lke some absolute evil little fairytale to me ...cannot imagine the French being anything but incredibly shocked by this typical kangaroo~court form of justice that our demented criminal court systems have decended into . The world has already witnessed the OJ trial & that sure cannot ever be forgotten , sure ours is a step above the rest but its been losing credibility each passing year from the crash on. Not to say that he may have been in an amorous mood just waking up , perhaps floating for a few days in the City & appeared naked to her (to her "Shock"!)...it was said he was here just visiting one of his daughters. More than likely this maid was one of the meek fearful servants of the fine Hotel, perhaps cheerful of exterior but of some pure "religious sect" that starts with "C" and its persuasion (what was her nationality ? ) that any slight advance by any man would be interpreted as a threat to her immortal soul's virginity . Just do not buy this story ....it smells to me . We shall see...but of course if proven that he did in fact use physical force then all arguments & bets are off & hes a cretin . She was treated for slight injuries , we can assume there will be bruises about her waist where the panties were forcibly removed . These injuries are also easily self inflicted...will await the findings. This stinks to me , to high heaven in fact ...or he's totally lost it which i doubt ...we shall see.
