At December 31, 1996, the Company had in excess of $26 million of Federal net operating loss carryforwards, subject to certain annual limitations. To the extent the Company has taxable income in the future, these carryforwards will be used by the Company to reduce its cash outlay for taxes. at least most of us didn't have to suffer through the losses they piled up in their past life sadly we're the last to know about the private financing that was ongoing - news to me at least - or did i miss some earlier announcement ?
