"systematic attacks against civilians" This is kind of laughable, not because of the attacks but how they only bring charges against those they think they can bring to justice. Where are similar charges against other dictatorial regimes in the world? Something really stinks here. Why Libya all of a sudden? Where are the charges against African Tyrants? Oh that would be racist. Where are the charges against China? Oh we can't do that, they might stop buying our paper bonds. What an inconsistent crock of BS.
