How would he have bad mental health? Perhaps it is the 75% or so of students that can't pass the citizenship test.

First they should test newt for mental health... First they should test the immigrants for mental health. Also, because it is so much easier to get rid of those basket cases before they get a US passport. Frankly speaking, I am not so much aiming at the Mexican hisps, with those (mostly) hard working guys of good ethics we have made only the very best experiences during our 12 years in San Diego. [applause] But maybe we should also have a voting standard that says to vote, as a native born American, you should have to learn American history. [applause] You realize how many of our high school graduates because of the decay of the educational system, couldn’t pass a citizenship test.” First they should test newt for mental health... I don't know. It seems to me its pretty clear he's a nutjob.....and apparently a racist one at that. Why bother to go through the expense of testing? God, I hope he gets the presidential nomination.
