IMO, that's exactly what it boils down to. However, I think the big boys know what very likely will be the recovery numbers. I also think they are very close to announcing those also. They will then build a ration to the assays and voila! The frosting on the cake is Bateman will be doing it. Integrity plus resources less time equals lost of reletively quick significant news.
