Thanks Guys. Hopefully you're right, Jon, that there isn't too much "news" premium built into the price. CREAF has been pretty steady recently.

I think Apple's fizzle is more related to the fact that it would take a miracle to save that sinking ship. I failed to see anything they could have announced that would turn them around soon. And that's why I hope that CREAF isn't hyping any tie with them. CREAF's bread is buttered in the PC market and they better concentrate their efforts there.

I totally agree that the best news they could announce would be a partnership with INTC to go against the Cyrix MediaGX. But that's probably a dream that's too much to hope for.

Dennis

Jon, if it's not too much bother, what do you think of SYMC's technicals? Even to my untrained eye, seems like it gave a pretty good buy signal Friday. Not a new high but close to it.

They're a lot like CREAF to me. Strong balance sheet with lots of value which held up pretty well in the recent "flu" epidemic. I don't think they have any significant exposure to Asia right now. And like CREAF they're climbing a wall of institutional mistrust from previous baggage.

Any input on them would be appreciated. Do you know of a better play in the software area?

Dennis
