Telefónica and other telecom companies should get used to their revenue decreasing. They enjoyed vast revenues for many decades but the monopolies and oligopolies are coming to an end. Qualcomm is enabling too many ways to connect for the connection prices to remain so high.

With fibre, wifi, satellites, ADSL2 and other means of connection, the competition for providing data to customers is increasing.

The more prices come down, the more people will use them.
