Personally I'd like to see a clik! built in to an ultra-thin notebook. I think I'd prefer it to a 12.7mm ZIP for the purposes I have in mind. 40MB is a lot of text and pickies.

Re: "Right product, right design, right manufacturing and it will be right on time."

Nothing against Clik!, which I think is a great idea. BUT I hope the product will make its appearance on the market (ie available for sale) in a timely manner, unlike the laptop Zip, which I'm still waiting for According to MacWorld (Dec. issue, p. 130), VST was supposed to have the laptop Zip out by Sept. 10, but a check at VST's website (www.vsttech.com) shows that the item is not yet available. Most disappointing!

To repeat a question that I posted here last week, but received no replies: Does anyone here actually own a laptop Zip? Or know anyone who owns a laptop Zip?

No flames, please. This post is not meant to be fodder for the bears. I am genuinely concerned about the delays in the release of the laptop Zip.
