He's just another extremely stupid, winger ideologue. Their craziness is in full flower right now. Newt's rebuke must be killing Ryan. I opt for dishonest...he knows that this plan casts seniors off to a costly and for some unaffordable future...he doesn't give a shit as long as it kills medicare. You may be right but he looks like such a boy scout. I really think some of these buffoons have no sense of empathy and really don't get the impact their proposals will have. I think Ryan is one of those guys. The rest of them definitely are crooks.
