I'm with you Ten! Every person should be tested BEFORE they run for office, for intelligence and psychology. Too many sociopaths and dumbasses in office NOW.

Personally I think our elected leaders ought to be tested. You might agree, especially if it prevents people like Newt Gingrich and Sarah Palin from ever holding public office again.
