Totally irrelevant. The Bin Laden unit was unimportant at that point in time because bin Laden was no longer a threat. This, of course, has been proven true -- GWB decimated AQ. The larger war on terrorism was the focal point by then.

We diverted almost all of our resources in Afghanistan to Iraq before that, it was one of the reasons why the we missed bin Laden at Tora Bora.

Crazy Talk. When was Tora Bora? When did the Iraq War start?
