Yes, Obama killed a washed-up, dried-up, irrelevant terrorist that was no threat to Americans any longer after the Bush administration methodically took down his capabilities.

Panetta said there were, and essentially everyone else who was involved said there were. In fact, the only people who have denied it have been those who weren't present or had a problem with waterboarding for other reasons.
