JAMN Pullback Presents Opportunity email today 5/16/2011

Recieved this email this morning from HacktheStockMarket with the
subject: JAMN Pullback Presents Opportunity

This morning my JAMN pick experienced
a big pullback.

It’s is at $3.20 as I write this.

I’m emailing you because this pullback
has presented an opportunity for
easy profits.

And I mean REALLY easy.

Probably the easiest you’ll ever see.

How?

To understand you’ll need to know
why JAMN has pulled back.

You’ see there is a perculiar reason
why these sharp and sudden pullbacks
happen.

They only happen to OTC (Over the
Counter) companies.

It’s because of…

Market-Maker Manipulation

It’s actually fairly common in the
world of small caps.

Market Makers can short sell small cap
sto.cks with one caveat…

They must buy back (i.e. cover) their
short position within 5 days.

Here’s an example of how it works…

A market maker short sells and ends
up selling 4m sha.res at an average
price of $1.80

The market maker is hoping to buy back
those 4m sha.res at… say…

… A $1.40 average and capture the
$0.40/share gain.

This first stage of this ploy has
happened to JAMN.

The market makers have just sold
millions of JAMN shares’.

And it’s the reason the pullback was
so sharp.

The market maker specifically sold
as much JAMN as they could in the
shortest possible time frame.

The reason was to take out every single
buy order and crush the market.

(It’s kind of like a surprise attack
so that no one has time to input buy
orders.)

But this unusual situation has
created an unprecedented opportunity
in JAMN.

And it’s a “Today Only” kind of thing.

Here’s why…

After the market makers pushed JAMN
down by selling say, 2 million shares’.

(I’m estimating here – I don’t actually
know how big the short position is.)

They are mandated (by law) to buy back
those 2m within 5 days.

This is called “covering” their short
position.

But the market makers almost always
try and cover their short the very
same day!

You’ see the market makers don’t like
holding these big risky short positions
overnight (let alone for 5 days).

So here’s the opportunity.

You and I both know that over the
rest of today and probably tomorrow…

There will be millions of dollars worth
of buying coming into JAMN.

When millions of dollars of buying come
into a small cap company…

There is only one way the price can go.

Up.

It’s guaranteed.

It’s mandated by law.

This is as close as you’ll get to a
“sure thing” in investing.

An easy 40% or 50% gain.

But it gets even better.

Because there is a chance your gains
could be explosive.

I’m talking 80% or higher.

You’ see the rush of buying could
create a “Short Squeeze”.

(look this up).

A short squeeze happens when the
price rises so ferociously…

The market makers get scared and
try to buy JAMN as fast as they can
and at ANY price.

This can create a sudden “pop” in
a ‘stock’ price.

Back in 2008 this very thing happened
to Volkswagen.

A short squeeze pushed Volkswagen
to €1,005 per share’.

For an afternoon at least Volkswagen
was the world’s biggest company.

Read about it here:

reuters.com

Forgive me, I digress.

Let me summarise.

The opportunity today in JAMN is I
believe even better than when I
first emailed you about it.

Because it’s as close to being a “sure
thing” as you’re ever likely to see.

Massive buying of JAMN over today
and tomorrow is mandated by law.

You and I both know it’s going to
happen.

This is like insider trading but
completely legal!

And so I believe a 40% or 50% gain
is all but assured.

However, what really excites me is
the prospect of a short squeeze
on top.

Wouldn’t that just be perfect?

With a short squeeze on top of this
incredible run – I think JAMN would
go down as my best pick ever.
