<<If however someone
pays a permium to market there must be a carried benefit,>>

What could that benifit be ? Possably just the option to buy more shares than the market could provide at a reasonable price. Is it at all possable that the institutional money people see the "big picture", that it is their belief that share price should be higher than it now is ? That this could be their only opportunity to "load up" on shares even close to the current price. That is how I would read it if I only had that one little piece of information.

maybe a good way to take this entire thing apart is to look at each specific part of the PR and ask how we would react under different circumstances, as if it were a different company in which we didn't have so many HUGE expectations of immediate grandure.

I realize that I will be roundly castigated by those who are short and by those who are purists and do not believe in dilution of any kind. Go ahead, I don't care...take a shot.
