There are several and you have to experiment.
On my VCR (HiFI SVHS) I can select the source to record from. I could tie one of the sources to the output of my tuner.

You could send your favorite scenic movie in the video input and send the radio in the audio input. You could also dub the audio in or use the SAP.

It is usually alot of expermentation to get it right as each VCR is a bit different, but one of their early uses was recording near CD quality sound from records (HiFi models only).

You might look in your manual under "Audio Dubbing" to get more clues.

Now that I think about it, maybe I should replace my old VCR with one that is easier to record and then it might be easier to program for recording Brinker's show.
