It is very easy when living the $3000/night hotel room lifestyle and arranging the salvation of the pigs, and attempting to keep the flawed current monetary system in place to believe you are so important and well connected that the laws do not apply to you. Spitzer was entrapped... Following his penus, but at least he paid for it. He didn't think the laws applied to him either, but those were minor laws. DSK a whole different level of champaign public servant, also ego, also offense... And he has a record of this kind of thing. Richly deserved, IMHO.
