I'm sure the 10Q has lots of information but as a former employee, my perspective is 180 degrees different from your conclusion. While their FRAD sales are increasing, they are not increasing as much as the market for these products is increasing. In other words, ANET is losing market share. The research and acquisition costs are 2 separate costs. Acquisition has seriously damaged ANET via the Dynatech and Sourcecomm acquisitions. Research - development - is essential and has been underfunded, IMO.
