Yes, it is. So, why didn't the idiot in the WH spend a few of that 1,000 billion dollars "stimulus" (maybe about 5B) on interest-free loans to companies wanting to build CNG stations in key localities to spur the development of a TRUE SOLUTION to our energy dependence?
