Quantumonline also says:

"Cumulative distributions of 7.875% ($1.96875) per annum..."

Did you ever receive the $0.503125 per share? Perhaps it's a typo in press release?

Preferred shares had a trade @ $23.00/share which translates into an 8.576% yield. I now have a GTC bid in @ $22.00/share if anybody wants out. Issues can not be called through 10/2015, sector is very strong (all my Data Center REITs positive today) and that yield is quite attractive.

Stock tanked to $3.00/share in February 2009 and rebounded to over $23.00/share when the preferreds were first offered. On 8/8/2011 the Series B traded down to $23.10/share an effective yield just over 9%. There were only 7K shares traded but shows how illiquid they are when the buyers dry up.

This is a pretty good series of preferreds to put in the basket on yields over 8.5%.
