Sorry, I don't remember that post, but Sophie intimated as much to me on the phone in September, as well as telling me that she would be among those getting options re-priced. Then I see that she's not among those with options at this time, maybe she misunderstood the question and expects to be among those receiving options from the expanded pool. That sort of thing is the reason that I greatly prefer email, written questions and answers are clearer, people take more care when writing them than with speaking, and they provide a printable record. But you'd miss that voice <sigh> Thanks to Martin and Fixer for the insider trading, imho that and the net Canacrook position-building, along with their lack of promotion recently, makes me feel comfortable loading up on Winspear, especially when I ruminate that there's only maybe 8 weeks left till the drilling brings major anticipatory interest...... ............ cheers ............. macros

Hi Bill, Don't recall that thread. Only Officers and Directors of Public Companies are deemed insiders. Also those holding more than 10%of a company's shares has to report.. Wives, Sisters, Brothers, Mothers, Fathers, Drillers, Lawyers, Geologists, Lab Technicians, IR persons, Brokers close to the deal, big investors, hired promoters, Offshore buyers, offshore accounts, best friends, girlfriends, mistresses, hookers..... All these people and more are in the loop and can buy or sell stock without having to file insider trading reports. This group constitutes the inner circle - The Accumulators! When a spec stock runs this group becomes- The Distributors! If a spec stock actually makes a real discovery this inner circle becomes -THE Re-Accumulators! A good example of this is Diamond Fields. When initial discovery made stock had 16 million shares out pre-split. When taken over by Inco one year later had over 34 million shares out pre-split.
