Durro's Top Ten Reasons Why He Likes CSMA 1. EnviroTech well, very likely to go from profitable at $0.70/barrel to a major cash cow at $20 a barrel (approx) for earnings of around $35 to $40,000,000/year. Thats around $2 to $3 per share earnings alone. 2. ERHC shares and Cash from the Uinta sale - a company that has 107 well sites sitting over a 52 million barrel oil reserve, just one of its properties, must be set to appreciate from its current level of $4 a share. CSMA would benefit from ERHC's progression. Just how many shares and cash ? Soon to be revealed on or around Dec 1st 3. LPS Ltd, with the leadership of the qualified David Beynon, who has an inpressive resume of experience in the financial industry. 4. AdHatters expanding its market penetration and increasing sales. 5. CO&G sitting on 800,000 barrels of oil in 2 properties in Utah, near the disposal well, and setting to expand its operations. 6. A concerted short squeeze from like minded and coordinated investors wishing to see CSMA return to its former price levels or higher, based on more solid fundamentals than this time last year. Calling in of stock certificates from large investors, drying up the availability of shortable shares. 7. Company is ridding itself of unprofitable and/or unworkable aspects. 8. Likely NASDAQ listing will increase CSMA's profile/status and make it more attractive to a wider diversity of investors, especially institutions. 9. Pathological hatred of shortsellers and chance for revenge. 10. Franco's posts on the SI thread are good entertainment value. If the well upgrade goes through, the shares/cash from the Uinta sale are significant, and the other subsidaries are profitable, then a $10 share price does not seem unreasonable. If earnings run at about $3 to 5 a share, then pick a PE ratio to your liking and do the math. $10 might be a nice psychological barrier to punch through, but I'm planning on holding way beyond there, if all goes to plan... Maybe JMHO, but perhaps a view shared by many others on this thread. Regards, Durro
