cl, the Hang Seng Index has dropped about 50%. When I said it has bottomed, I was partly based on professional comments that 10,000 was a psych floor (it's below that now), and partly based on my gut feeling. Your China fund covers more than just the red chip stocks, so, it reflects a more general econ situation of Asia (not just China). I am hopeful that the Asia markets will soon recover, given the 230 bil World Bk packet, among other factors.
