Now you are reaching, IMO. I did hear that there is another company out there that filed a suit (right word?) against CDRD challenging the CDRD license filed on Nov. 10th. I was told the company was Primosphere, also a DARS auction participant. I did a search on the 'net for this company but came up blank.....does anyone know anything about this lawsuit? Does it exist and who is the other company? I hate to print things like this until I confirm them, but in this case I need your help in getting confirmation.....anyone?
