Chris; There needs to be some more precise data from the company, and even some leach experiments on their part to clarify this. The grade might make any exotic leach materials too expensive. Thus open air bacterial methods or cheap chemical methods might be the way. there is not enough there for much grinding, but a sieveing followed by some concentration step might work. To concentrate it they must sieve it to narrow specs and concentrate each stream separately. or else they do not get good concentration.
