Nothing more than another fraud to line democrats' pockets, just like the CFL fraud, any number of govt control frauds.

I wonder sometimes how far medical research would be today if all of the global warming and green energy fraud money was put to better use? Hell, the left would have their free healthcare, paid for from money they are flushing down the toilet today.
