Kurt; They had me fooled. I thought this was something that no one knew about, and that they had kept it hidden from everyone. That's basically why I was so angry last night, about their behavior. This is like that deal where they went through a hundred different posts "explaining" how there was 800,000,000 shares outsatnding, until it was finally put to rest. I should have known better. al

I'm kind of ticked off now. These re-posts indicate that this was already discussed. Ellen's reposts are only cut & paste jobs from the 10-K, they are not answers to the question about more shares that may be coming "any day now" to fulfill the minimum market value clauses. Looking around for responses to her messages, nobody seemed to care about the minimum market value clauses, the discussion at the time was centered on the "shadyness" of the arms-length statements regarding the acquisitions. Kugler's info was no big secret, but so far no one has come up with a solid way to explain it away so perhaps he just found a blind-spot of the cartel. Or perhaps we just need to wait until Monday when people can do more research.

Hi Kurt, that was my point to him. Why all the "high fiving" the other night. I do believe many of us(at least me) lost sight of that, but indeed it was brought up as "newly discovered" info that doomed the sqeeze. Hey, I bought it, had a discussion about it yesterday, finally understood the problems(some small amount of shares may hit the market soon and RMIL will have to make up shortfalls in obligations somehow). I sarcastically posted that I'm sure it wasn't Michael's intent to appear that way and he got all huffy on me. Said my comment was unwarranted.
