Paul; I will look up some ARs. I know the SH lawsuits are a perennial problem in california. However do not most companies make full disclosure of risks and muzzle the voices of any company spokesman for just these reasons?. They would have to have internal reports in hand supportive of any mention of meeting the 2M number in 4th quarter, or they are toast for the lawyers at breakfast. So might not the road be a middle ground, not as bad as you say, or as good as Jerry says?? After a number of lawsuits even jerry would learn the errors in loose talk as a spokeman. Bill
