You seemed pretty bold in your posts to me while I was gone. My response was to your thoughts there was no Reg-S offering. 13,100,000 shares. Read the financials, don't just cut and paste them.

TO ALL STOCKHOLDERS: For all of you that use ETRADE or have used ETRADE to purchase your RMIL/OVIS shares and are curently having delays receiving your cert's please email me. Even if you've received your cert's but had problems getting them email me. The NASD has opened a file concerning our problem. They would like to hear from more of us stockholders.
