Ted, > I posted an article that refuted that claim. And I posted why I don't buy the explanation quoted by the guy in the article. You don't have to accept my explanation, but it would be nice if you had the comprehension skills to "get it." Bottom line is that if you have sweeping legislation that you have to grant special "exemptions" for, the process of who gets those exemptions and who doesn't is going to be politically-tinged. Then you'd have to explain why ObamaCare, which is supposed to be so good to begin with, even needs to hand out exemptions. Tenchusatsu
