Thanks for posting this article. Thames had a great spring training and caught the attention of many but few were aware of his background. That is some serious injury hurdle that he has successfully jumped.

Jays need additional LH bats in the lineup and Thames looks very much like he can fill that need. His swift swing reminds me of a left-handed Bautista.

Let's hope he continues to surprise as does Bautista.

My first impression: Thames has a huge future with the Jays!
