That's the speed of your local area network not your internet connection.

As the other said that is your location connection not the internet.

You said "Qwest" so I went to their site:
qwest.com

Just based on what you are paying you would know your speed they should be providing.

Best to do so when nothing much is happening (like updates/streaming video/torrents etc)
