this whole market reminds me more and more of a disfunctional family.
aligning against the scapegoat..this time gold..
at this point..a nice little mania is going on in the safe haven
bonds..as oil etc go up..the US bond rate is going down...more and
more I realize why Marty Zweig didn't say thinking is your friend
but rather the "trend is your friend" ...who cares about fundamentals..
(rerequested from Brad to have a "clubhouse" next to this top..)

wonder how much clout miners etc have in Canadian ...
Boy is it painful to think....

Thomas, I've been trying to find a site that lists Comex warehouse physical inventories. No luck so far. Your notion that the gold was simply a mistake of duplicate reporting leaves the question of the 90% missing silver unanswered. You could be right that it's just sloppy reporting...but how many are relying on this data? Did you see an official correction or are you piecing the evidence together?

Regards, Dave

Thomas,

<<The report has now been corrected, and I'd be surprised if it had any effect on the market. >>

You are likely right ... let's hope that the rest have better inventory control/accounting.
