NDS and Bull have partnered together to make smart-cards, per a news announcement a few months back. In our annual report, we cite Bull as a partner. Putting two and two together would tell me that if the Hawaii Application involves fingerprinting on the licenses, we will probably be there, but certainly no guarantee. If no fingerprinting is involved, I can't see a tie in!

Everything I am reading definitely points to a common goal of tying H.P.s, Identixs', Printrak, NECs' and other Afis's together along with the other major and minor countries of the world.
This goal seems to be quite a way off as evidenced by some of the
in-depth Thesis's I have found and read on the subject.
