I did the same analysis, and came up with the same numbers (almost):
7500 and 7800. 7500 is broken. If we break 7800 resistance,
we are going higher. In terms of channels, it seems, the major bearish
channel is between 7400 and 7800, and declining
(considering Oct.27-28 a fluctuation), so we just bounced off
the lower boundary. -Vi

Thanks for the very informative post. Your technical assessment matches my gut feel quite well.

You mention that you have two rapidly-declining resistance lines and a long-term bullish trend line at about 7060 on the DJI and rising. When (i.e., what dates) do the lines intersect, if projected into the future?
