Daniels ran into a door. Get well soon Governor. WTHR-TV Gov. Mitch Daniels INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana's governor suffered a cut to the head in a collision with a door. WTHR-TV said that Gov. Mitch Daniels was finishing a workout at the National Institute for Fitness and Sports in downtown Indianapolis. The governor's office told WTHR that Daniels was standing near a door that suddenly swung open and struck the governor in the forehead. Daniels received 16 stitches in his forehead at Methodist Hospital, then went home to recover, the station said. Read more: wlwt.com
